This file illustrates the use of Mail Merge to fill in printed forms. The file "Form.adb" must be on the desktop. Press OA-9, followed by OA-P. Select Print from This Page to see the results. Notice how the Address field for Michael is truncated to fit the field.
Note: There must be at least one space between the last # of one mail merge category and the next mail merge category. Without the space, AppleWorks will assume the next mail merge definition is text and print it as such. No merge will take place for that category.
